It has almost become a tradition for two of our partners to offer summer activities for families:
On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, families (1–2 adults and their own children) with the SWKcard will receive free one-day admission to the monte mare water park.

With the SWKcard, families (up to 7 people) will receive one free game* at Planet Bowling on Thursday, August 6, 2026, starting at 2:00 p.m. (*plus rental fee for bowling shoes. Lane reservation required.)

As an electricity and natural gas customer, you’ll automatically receive the SWKcard. The only requirement is that you’ve authorized us to set up a direct debit for your contract account. You can conveniently use the SWKcard digitally via the SWK app. Registration takes just three simple steps. For more information, visit SWKcard.de

Direct Debit Authorization – Convenient and Secure

The SEPA Direct Debit (direct debit authorization) is one of the most popular and widely used payment methods. It significantly simplifies workflows for everyone involved. As a customer, for example, you don’t have to fill out a transfer form, and you don’t need to adjust a standing order if the payment amount ever changes. In addition, paying by direct debit prevents you from falling behind on payments.

With its low costs, direct debit is attractive for both you as a customer and for SWK. It is also a very secure payment method. You can even reverse a payment that has already been made.

Simply provide us with your account information and authorize us to debit the amounts due from your account. You can download the form from swkcard.de . Just print it out, fill it out, and send it to us—or submit it digitally via email to kundenservice@swk.de—and you’ll be able to enjoy the many benefits of your SWKcard and take advantage of the many attractive offers in the region.
