Dr. Arvid Blume, CEO of SWK Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern Versorgungs-AG, was newly elected to the Executive Board of the Landesverband der Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft Hessen/Rheinland-Pfalz e. V. (LDEW) by the general meeting.

SWK’s water traffic light provides early information on the status of the drinking water supply. It is still green as of June 1. An important criterion for the water traffic light is the level of the Lauterspring spring, which we constantly monitor.

The science series “Kammgarn + SWK x Science” enters its second year with the Science Slam on February 11, 2026. Kammgarn Kaiserslautern and SWK Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern already presented fascinating live experiments, unusual lectures and new entertaining formats in 2025.

Charging points for charging electric vehicles are important for the energy transition. Drivers of electric cars want to be able to “refuel” on the go. Ladestationen Südwest is driving this development forward. SWK has been part of this cooperation since the beginning of the year.
