Dispute resolution
As a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the SWK customer can apply to the Energy Arbitration Board for arbitration proceedings to settle disputes in accordance with Section 111b of the Energy Industry Act (EnWG).
